A working oyster farm, a private waterfront setting, and a little time to enjoy both.
What should I wear?
The tour stays on land; we do not go into the water. Wear shoes you do not mind getting a little dirt on, as we will walk through a field and near the water’s edge. Dress in layers for the weather. The tour is outdoors, and the south-facing dining area is inside a post-and-beam barn with open, screened windows.
What does the experience include?
Enjoy 30 minutes of oyster-farming education, followed by a tasting in your private waterfront dining area surrounded by hundreds of acres of land.
$600 for up to 10 guests, including 100 oysters for your group. Additional guests are $50 each, up to 16 guests total. For larger groups or catering services, contact us for a custom quote.
Can we add more oysters?
Add any available website pack when booking, including 24, 36, 50, or 100 oysters, at the current website price. Choose shucked on site for your event or unshucked to take home. Extra oysters are optional and are in addition to the 100 included in your tour.
How do the agreements work?
The organizer reviews and signs the agreement before payment. After payment, invite each guest to complete their individual participant waiver. Every adult signs for themselves; a parent or legal guardian signs for a minor. The farm representative’s signature is optional.

Cancellation & refunds
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy: The reservation fee stated above is required to hold the reservation. Cancellations made at least seven (7) days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least one (1) day before the event will receive a refund less a $100 cancellation fee. No refund is due for a cancellation made less than one (1) day before the event, except as otherwise agreed in writing.
The full organizer agreement and individual participant waiver are provided during booking. The farm representative’s signature is optional.
